Our Culture
Our culture is core to who we are and how we approach our work. We are People with Purpose and our values and behaviours drive the organisation we are.
Our internal “Culture Club” is the barometer of our wellbeing as an organisation. This group is made up of representatives from across the organisation who are passionate about seeing our Culture thrive.
People with Purpose
Everyone in the organisation gets 5% of their working hours as Purposeful Time to spend on activities such as personal development (i.e. part-time education) or volunteering.
Each year we donate 2% of our revenues (not profits) to causes that we are passionate about.
Causes we have supported:
Girls In Football Teams Grants
We set up our Girls In Football Teams (GIFT) Grant scheme in 2020 and, to date, we have funded more than 30 girls’ and women’s football teams around the UK.
Agility Academy
We are passionate about inspiring future generations of scientists. The Agility Academy provides opportunities for:
